Members Area
The Zeta Alarm Systems website has been expanded to include a Members Area section full of useful resources for our customer base. This area is restricted to registered users and has several levels of access that are explained below.
Access Levels
Access Level 1
Video Training – series of training videos covering our Infinity8, Simplicity and Quatro systems
Access Level 2
Software – access to programming software used for many of the Zeta systems
Downloads – access to download marketing resources including high-resolution product photos, product presentations and brochures
You can request access to Level 2 by emailing website@zetaalarmsystems.com with your username. Kindly note this process may take up to 48 hours and you will receive an email confirming whether this request has been granted.
Access Level 3
Price Lists – links to download the latest product price lists
You can request access to Level 3 by emailing website@zetaalarmsystems.com with your username. Kindly note this process may take up to 48 hours and you will receive an email confirming whether this request has been granted.
Instructions
User Registration
- Before you can access any resources you must first register via the website and you will find a link to the registration form in the top right hand corner.
- Once registered it will take up to 48 hours before your account is verified and approved.
- If your account is indeed approved then you will receive a confirmation email to your registered address.
User Login
- Once your user account has been activated (see User Registration above) you will be able to log into the website and you will find a link to the Login form in the top right hand corner of the site.
- This login requires the username and password set during the registration process.
